Solicitud de nulidad en contra del A221/21, por medio del cual se rechazó la recusación formulada en contra del magistrado Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo.
Luego de analizar los argumentos que respaldaron la anterior petición la Corte concluyó que debía RECHAZAR el incidente, no sólo por la falta de carga argumentativa necesaria, sino por incumplimiento del requisito material.
Frente a este último aspecto se tuvo en cuenta que el memorialista no identificó la causal que daría lugar a declarar la nulidad, no expuso las razones por las cuales las irregularidades denunciadas vulnerarían de manera probada, significativa y trascendente el debido proceso y tampoco explicó cuáles serían las repercusiones sustanciales y directas que éstas tendrían en el auto cuestionado o en sus efectos.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR la solicitud de nulidad interpuesta por el senor Harold Sua Montana en contra del auto 221 de 2021, por medio del cual la Sala Plena rechazo la recusacion formulada en contra del magistrado Antonio Jose Lizarazo Ocampo en el expediente D-13896.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al senor Harold Sua Montana, con la advertencia de que contra esta decision no procede ningun recurso.
